The Pocket PC version of Rental Analyst is a smaller version of the Rental Analyst Real Estate Analysis Software designed to run on a small Pocket PC computer.  This software is free, however to make full use of this software you will need to purchase a full version of the desktop Rental Analyst software.

Minimum Requirements
  • You will need a Pocket PC PDA or a PDA Phone to use this software.
  • The device will need to be running Windows Mobile 2002 or higher version.  (Palm OS is not supported.)
  • The device will need to have the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework installed.  If this software is not on the device, it can be installed from this web site (see below). When you install the software, you will be informed if this is missing.

If during installation you are told that the Compact Framework is missing, it can be downloaded here. This download file is to be downloaded and run on your desktop computer while the PDA device is connected to it.
